La Fermette is located at St. Martin des Besaces which is about 30 kilometers from Bayeux. The comfortable old cottage has a rustic charm; there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 with double beds, (1 four poster with pretty drapes) the other double has bunk beds and 2 singles, next to this is a toilet with wash basin. The 3rd bedroom is downstairs with double bed, next to the family bathroom, bath with shower over toilet and washbasin. Also available is a cot, baby changing facilities and high chair. In the open plan lounge is seating for 7 people. The kitchen and dining area is well equipped; there is an electric oven with gas hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. There is a laundry room attached to the cottage with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.
